I'm Carla Pontes, and I'd like to introduce myself.


I'm a Brazilian-born, South-Africa based certified health coach, researcher & author with a PhD in health science. My professional journey spans academia, healthcare, science & writing.

After my challenging perimenopause journey, I began exploring natural hormonal approaches, including phytohormones - plant- based compounds. This personal quest evolved into a passion for helping women.

 

Now I blend lived experience, science & practical strategies to empower women to navigate peri- & menopause with confidence, resilience & wellbeing.
